View and Manage Notifications

This Help Page is designed to help guide you through your notifications.

Stay updated on important activity in your Federity-X Portal through the Notifications center. This section provides updates related to apps, user roles, and actions requiring your attention.

Types of Notifications

Notifications are grouped into three categories for easy navigation:

App Notifications Updates on application publication, subscription requests, or activations.

Info Notifications General system updates, such as role assignments or technical user changes.

Action Required Items that need your input or confirmation (e.g., approving a request).

Visual Indicators

In the top-right corner of the portal, the user icon displays a notification badge with the number of unread notifications:

** Attach Icon Here ** Red count = You have pending actions that require your attention.

Using the Notification Center

Click on your user icon > Notifications to open the notification center.

View and filter all notification types

Search using keywords

Access detailed messages including sender info, relevant dates, and links to the related action or feature
