# Manage Customer Service Subscriptions

Manage and oversee customer subscriptions to your published Services on the marketplace.

Once your Services or services have been successfully published on the marketplace, you can monitor and manage incoming customer subscriptions directly within the **Service Subscription** section.

### Accessing Service Subscriptions

Navigate to **Service Management → Service Subscriptions.**

From this section, you can:

- View all customer companies subscribed to your Service.

- Filter by All, Requests, or Active.

- Search subscriptions by company name.

Click the → icon next to any entry to open the detailed provider view.

### Provider View

Get a complete overview of the subscription lifecycle and setup details.

### Subscription Status Stages

1. **Subscription Initiated** – The customer has submitted a subscription request.

1. **Setup Ongoing** – The customer and provider are configuring required access details.

1. **Subscription Active** – The setup is complete and the customer can now use your Service.

### Key Information Displayed

- **Subscription Details**: Service Title, Status, Customer Name, BPN, Contact Info

- **Technical Details**: Service Tenant URL, Service ID (Client ID), Technical User Name & Permissions

- **External Service Details**: Trusted Issuer, Participant ID, IATP ID, DID Resolver, Authentication URLs
