# Manage Your Apps & Services

View your created app or service and manage your current offerings.

### Access Your Listings

1. Go to the **Federity-X Portal** and log in.

1. Click **App Management** or **Service Managemenet** in the top navigation.

1. Choose:

- **App Ooverview** – under App Management

- **Service Overview** – under Service Management

You'll see cards for all your current entries, grouped by status:
→ All, Active, Inactive, WIP

Use the search bar to filter by title.

### Status Labels Explained

| Status | Meaning |
| :-------------------- | :------------------------------------------ |
| **Created** | Draft saved, not submitted for review. |
| **In Review** | Submitted and being reviewed by Federity-X. |
| **Active** | Approved and visible on the marketplace. |
| **Inactive** | Hidden from users, not deleted. |
| **WIP / In Progress** | Editing in progress, not yet submitted. |

### Permissions

Only users with the appropriate roles can manage listings:

- **App Manager** – required to manage apps

- **Service Manager** – required to manage services

Ask your Company Admin if you need these roles assigned.
